About Us

Tanager Development, LLC is a partnership between Eric and Brianna Cadwell and Nancy and Harris Kimble. For more than 15 years, Harris Kimble has had a vision to create an exclusive waterfront development on the Tanager property where residents could enjoy a private water ski lake and all the amenities that accompany it.

In 2013, the Cadwells partnered with the Kimbles to bring this vision to life. Between 2013 and 2017, the team purchased adjacent parcels of land, tripling the frontage on Tumalo Creek and creating the incredible 182-acre property you see today. As successful developers of multiple projects throughout Central Oregon, the Kimbles are guided by a mission to invest locally in order to provide economic and environmental benefits for their neighbors and community. 

The Cadwells and Kimbles are not simply investors in or the developers of Tanager. The families also call Tanager home. Each live on the property, love watersports and have a vested interest in creating a community of like-minded people. They are two families who want to share this little slice of heaven with you!
