Development Details
Tanager is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) with home building sites that range in size from 1.32 acres to 10 acres. While each lot is zoned for 10 acres, as a PUD, Tanager has more flexibility in its land use. This has allowed us to create 117 acres of collective open space that includes the community’s common areas, recreational facilities and amenities. This type of land use allows for preservation of Tanager’s natural wildlife habitat and the ability to provide common areas for trails and paths throughout.
